3 days late with 7 negative tests!?!?!

Hello,
My AF is 3 days late, I’ve had a headache and cramping for 2 weeks now but all my tests are negative. My GP isn’t very helpful as I went on Monday and the only advice she had was to go to A&E if it gets worse. I’m very confused as my AF is NEVER late but 7 negative tests can’t be wrong can they? I tried my GP today and after being on hold for 40 mins from opening they’d already run out of appointments.
What are people thinking?

It’s quite hard to tell, are you in a lot of pain?
My positive result turned up when j was 2 days late.
Are you testing with the first urine of the day? I’d give it a few more days and if still negative and no period by Monday then phone the gp for a check up.

It depends a bit if you tracked your ovulation - because otherwise it could be that you got an odd rogue cycle and ovulated later than usual. That would technically put you at not being late as of yet.

My period is also never late, but each of the 3 covid vaccines threw it out for a couple of months. Don't suppose you've had one recently have you?

It feels just like period cramps. Yeah I’m using the first urine of the day. I’ll probably have to wait until Monday, I can’t imagine my GP grind back to me today

This is the only cycle in 6 months I haven’t been able to track because I ran out of tests. Bloody typical

No, I’m in the NHS so I managed to get my jabs early

I was having negative tests with DD for a week after I missed my period. Wait a few more days and then test again.

Possible you ovulated late this month? Any stress or illness?

@Nannac9 last cycle I didn't track ovulation, and lo and behold I was late and so convinced to be pregnant - but I was just late! So annoying.
That being said - any news??

No advice I'm afraid but just to say I am in the same boat! 3 days late, sore boobs and bad cramps for the past few days. Took a first response test quite confidently this morning (lol) and it was stark white 😒

@Bundaberg84 Thank you 😂 my period always seems to arrive just after I pay for new tests so I expect it will be soon. Hopefully it's good news for you though @Nannac9

Oh yeah, I once peed on a test and when I looked at it, there was blood on it. Thanks for nothing!

@greenrj @FastFish1993 @Bundaberg84 Still no AF and still getting a BFN, now 5 days late.
I’ve spoken with my GP this morning, she was very cross at me for taking ibuprofen for my headaches and said that as I’m late she has to treat me as if I am pregnant (this made my heart skip). I did have to request a hCG but she said I could have one!!!

I am going through the same . Cycle day 32, never had a period later than day 30. Negative tests . But I think I ovulated later which I guess would explain mine . I also have covid . @Nannac9 keep me updated !

I took another frer today and there may be very faintest hint of a line but could be a shadow/indent 🙄

No sign of AF, my boobs have 100% grown in the last 2 days, a bit scared that could be a sign AF is coming…I promised DP I wouldn’t buy anymore pregnancy test until 7 days after what I think was an implantation bleed after spending £40+ on pregnancy tests last week. So as long as AF stays away I’ll be testing on the 10th

Thank you, I won't get my hopes up as its such a faint one, could be an indent or something! Oh I know, I've spent a fortune on tests and my amazon driver has made way too many visits! Hope AF stays away for you and you get positive news on the 10th 🤞🤞
