Hi,

Currently TTC, only a few months in. A friend told me that as I have PCOS, there is no point in using OPKs as I could never be able to rely on the results due to hormones being imbalanced. Would others with PCOS agree with this?

If so, can anyone recommend anything else?

Does anyone just go with the flow and not track ovulation? Or would I be wasting time.

I have long cycles ranging 30-45ish. So I never quite know when my period is coming.
