Feels very early but I am getting a sharp stabbing pain in my back on the right hand side... has anyone had this this early band got a BFP? It's been a light pain and got more intense in the past two hours - not enough to need pain meds but noticeable.

I worry it's my mind playing tricks on me as I am also on 400mg progesterone twice daily.

Would love someone's thoughts xx

It might just be the elevated progesterone? At 5dpo it's too early for implantation, so it couldn't be early pregnancy related. But still potentially a good sign?

That's what I thought! But why would it be a good sign if it's not early pregnancy related?xx

Also, I've been on progesterone since last Friday and the cramping only started today

Me - I'll say that my BFP cycle TTC #2 I had cramps starting 3DPO running through 7DPO, they were worst on day 4-5. I remember waking up in the middle of the night with a sharp cramp inside my hip bone. It is possible I think, but also in the typical vein of TTC conversations, it could be something, or nothing. Unfortunately only time will tell on that one. Good luck!!

@KateJ59 just thought that maybe the other cycles your progesterone wasn't high enough so you didn't feel the symptom you're feeling right now - hence, maybe a good sign.
