Hello my cycle is usually 25-28 days since turned 40. I'm late by 6-7days so I took a test yesterday and today. Can you please help me to take a look as both results are super faint

Hi, so I've taken Clearblue and it's now indicating 3weeks +, had a chat with the midwife today and will have my first appointment 3 weeks from today (26th March). Should I keep taking pregnancy test to make sure it's still OK?

3 + is a really strong hcg level, I wouldn't keep testing over and over as this may end up obsessive

Dreamer30 · 05/03/2022 19:01

The 3+ weeks indicator is picked up at hcg levels over 2753 and 1500 is viable for detection via ultrasound, so I'd say your pregnancy is progressing well and you've no need to keep testing. However, I did until 6 weeks but I'd had 2 previous losses. Everyone is different :)
