Hey well my first month of trying over and just came on AF today really thought i had got lucky and concieved first try! just wondered if anyone had any good tips for concieving ? i will give anything a go

Doing the folic acid but not really relaxing have too much going on ! i must try to relax more then

Plenty of sex

Lots of sex
Learn about cervical mucus
Go on holiday...

chill out
get to know how long your cycle is, then shag like bunnies halfway thru
get to know your sticky substances...erm TMI (y'know what i mean dont ya)

Ovulation predictor kits are really good. Also you could try pre-seed as well?

Ermm is this a silly Q but does folic acid help you tcc? i thought it was only beneficial when you concieve for a healthy baby.
