Working out how many weeks after the pill

Hi there

I’m very new to all this and just got my bfp yesterday! I’m trying to work out how many weeks I am - does your last period count if it was your withdrawal bleed from the pill and not a natural one?
I’ve been on the pill for 15 years, took my last pill of the pack on 14/01, had my withdrawal bleed 19/01 till 22/01 and then just never started my new pack. I hadn’t had a period so far in feb and thought I’d test yesterday and it was positive! (Ended up taking several tests just to confirm!) Going by LMP that makes me just over five weeks - is that right? Even for a “non natural” period? Sorry if this is a daft / obvious question! Smile

Hey OP,

Dunno if this would be right but I would guess that even though it was a withdrawal bleed, it will still have been the first day of this cycle and so yes that would make you around five weeks. I recommend speaking to a midwife or doctor for conformation but I think that's what they would say.
