Spotting week after TTC - implantation?

Hello,

Currently ttc, hard to work out how many dpo I am as my periods are quite lengthy (35 days) but it roughly must be about 7dpo..

Tmi - had strange cramps on and off all week and tonight just been to the toilet and wiped and there was blood.. only a small amount - not like a period amount.

I have never had bleeding in between periods but I do have endometriosis.

Does this sound like implantation bleeding? X

It could be as that's what happened to me at 6dpo roughly, and that was the only pregnant cycle in 15 cycles of trying. Good luck!
