Doing another test same day to be sure?

Hi there
I am very very new to all this but here's a small bit of backstory.
Been on the combined pill for years and then came off it in Jan this year. Took my last pill of the pack on 14/01 then had withdrawl 'period' 19/01-22/01.
Obviously because of the pill I wasn't sure on my cycle etc but I took a test last week as hadn't had period and got a neg result. I then had some spotting, very very light and only noticable on loo roll (sorry, tmi).
I'm going out for dinner tonight so thought i'd take another test so took a first response with my morning pee and it's very positive. It came up immediately and its darker than the control line.
I want to take another test to be super sure - can I do this with any pee or does it need to be the morning pee as its more concentrated? Do you think it's really positive? And then what happens if my test later today is negative?

If it's darker then the control line then I don't think your next test will be negative :) my first response lines were the same in colour at 14dpo (4 weeks) so I'm guessing you're maybe between 4-5 weeks since conception if your lines are dark. First morning urine is best but with frer it doesn't matter what time you take a test, especially if your line is already dark
