Positive test after bleed??

Hi, hope I managed to NC for this because holy crap. My baby is 4 months old, EBF but periods returned 3 months pp. First pp period mid January, second arrived exactly 28 days later last week. It was a bit heavier than usual or maybe just lasted a little longer but nothing alarming.
Something in the back of my head told me to test this evening (slight nausea, sensitivity to smells) and it's very positive. Tried three different brands (left over from TTC which took almost a year!!)
I know the obvious response will be I am pregnant, but I can't explain the bleed? And if it's a false positive and last week's bleed was a miscarriage, how is the test still so positive (as this would have been a very early loss given the 28 days??)
Can anyone explain or advise? I will obviously see GP asap but it will be next week at the earliest.
Thanks!
