I’m getting confused as Amazon keep saying some are early detecting but then arrive and they’re not.

Hi! First Response are the go-to for early detection. You want to avoid anything with blue dye as these tend to not be as effective!

Someone once said the best were these really cheap ones from Amazon but I couldn’t work it out

That's probably the easy@home brand. You need to make sure you include 'early detection' in your search as they also have less sensitive tests which are in pretty much the exact same packaging!

Saying that though, I used the non-sensitive ones on this cycle, and got a BFP from them from 9dpo.

Easy@home are good cheap ones - they should be 10miu.

First response early result (FRER) are even better but quite pricey.

Agreed with previous poster to avoid any blue dye tests
