Hi everyone, looking for some advice please. This is month 3 of ttc #2. With my first, I was lucky enough not to have to track, etc so I’m quite new to this. I’ve been tracking ovulation for the past 6 months (only been trying since December) and I ovulate early. I have a 27 day cycle usually but ovulate on days 9-11 (confirmed by BBT and OPK) so when can I test? Not due my period until 3rd March but I’m technically 9DPO when I know a lot of people start to test. I had some mild cramping and light bleeding over Sunday and yesterday, so I’m hoping it was an implantation bleed obviously, but do you know when I could reliably start to test please?

@JenDi1 I've asked a similar Q on a different thread! However given everything you've said there's no harm in testing now if you know that it might be neg but doesn't mean it won't be +ve in a few days!! ie if it doesn't dishearten you too much as it might still be too early! 🌸

Thank you!! I just don’t know whether to go by the DPO date for testing which def would be now vs the 5 days perform period as they don’t match up for me at all! Thanks for responding though, I might try and hold out a little bit longer (she says with loads of FRER’s in the Amazon basket!) Will have a look for your other thread.x

Oh you're welcome! It's all so close but a day feels like a lifetime!
If implantation occurs 6-10 days DPO then that HgC starts rising after that happens; so even though you said you ovulate a little early it would depend on when that happened (I guess why everywhere official states wait until your missed period 🙄🙄) but if it happened at 6DPO I guess it might show for you! minefield!! fingers and toes crossed for you
