I'm driving myself crazy wondering so have to ask. Is it at all possible to have tender/sore breasts 10 days after conception. Started trying to conceive second dc recently and am convinced I am pregnant. No other symptoms and it is way too soon to test but we conceived dd on first attempt so can't help wondering. Am I imagining things??????
