Faint positive

Hi I need some advice, I am 5 days late to my period and I have just done a pregnancy test and it seemed to be negative, however I can’t tell if there is a really faint positive line or if it’s just my eyes

Can you upload a pic? At 5 days late you would normally get quite a strong positive.

Could you try get a digital test and try again?

Bought frer and did the test. I was holding my pee for about 3 hours before the test. Within 30 seconds got the result and after a minute it went darker. I have been ttc for over 2 years and was put on metformin for 4 months. It's been 3 months and I am late. Can anyone please help.?

Depending on what the lines suggest on the box it looks positive!
Always better to test with first urine of the day so would try again first thing in the morning and then contact your gp.
