@Skl2021 good luck - thinking of you! Agree with @calimc83 probably stay off MN and the internet until you've spoken with the midwife as I think it can fuel anxiety. Although please know we are all here for you!

LOL @Ganesh2022 for testing at 2DPO! Would it fuel your anxiety further if you did test @calimc83 and it being neg? I think at your DPO, chances are more likely than not it'll be neg (even if you have conceived!).

@Cruz86 when do you get your test back? Got my fingers crossed for a nice high number for you! Are you in TWW now?

Thank you @bunnykins123! My last progesterone test was 15nmol which is on the low side, but I think I did it a little too late so the number would've been lower. I should get it back tomorrow x

@aesgriff I don’t have anything to add either but I’m thinking of you as the wait between scans does nothing to help all of our Googling / symptom spotting 😖 Honestly your numbers are amazing, looking forward to some positive news from you after your scan on Friday 🙏🏼🤞🏼

@Skl2021 I find counting whilst breathing really helps to regulate it / anxiety so for example inhale 1 2 3 up to 8, exhale 8 7 6 down to 1. Hopefully that makes sense but essentially moving the focus to your breathing & nothing else.

@calimc83 it makes perfect sense! I'm always itching to test but just know there is no point as a BFN will massively bum me out 😂😂

@Cruz86 how do you get those tests done? So far I've only had thyroid tested so absolutely no idea whether my prog is low (I always thought it might be)

I've used Medichecks @bunnykins123! It's £39 for an at-home progesterone test. @aesgriff has also used them too ☺️ x

@Cruz86 I just googled all the medi checks and they do quite a lot. Even a home finger prick test for monitoring HCG levels in blood 48 hours apart 😱 I didn't know this! 😮 x

I found out yesterday at scan baby stopped growing at 5 weeks. I now need to wait a week to see if miscarriage comes naturally. Very sad, was first baby.

You know what, I didn't even think about checking to see whether they did HCG ones too!! I think they're reasonably priced and the turnaround is so quick too @HoneyLemon29 x

@aesgriff Dr Google is evil and wants us to be anxious. I've come to that conclusion over time.

Nothing really to update. Did my booking took bloods. Told me some apps that might help. Won't refer to epu unless it happens again. Said the pains are normal unless they get excruciating. Basically good luck and see you at 16 weeks if all goes ok. Don't really know how to feel I knew nothing would be done and should be happy it's stopped but it doesn't stop the what ifs. Sorry for dragging this thread down 😩 xx

@HoneyLemon29 it all sounds really promising 🤞🏻 Keep testing for the next few days until to make sure it’s staying down. I test second morning wee and evening wee. Ok I’m lying sometimes I tested at every wee but usually that’s when I’d see my highest levels 🤣🤣 xx

@calimc83 I would secretly love twins 🤭 My mum had twins (lost one), a single pregnancy and then 2 miscarriages then her twin pregnancy with my sister and I (was actually a triplet pregnancy but triplet passed before 12 weeks) xx

@Skl2021 I'm sorry you didn't get any answers. It's so disappointing that they did absolutely nothing to help reassure you. Perhaps now would be the time to consider a private scan?

@Cruz86 good to know! I have actually done one before but ended up bruising my fingers from trying to draw the blood out of it. This was a while ago though and for a test unrelated to fertility. Do they do HCG? That's also one I would defo consider!!
