Just waiting for epau to call me to sort a scan. The amount of blood frightened the life out of me... I can't see how it won't be bad news 😭

@Skl2021 snap! my BMI is over 30 so I’m assuming that’s another reason as well. I’m okay about waiting another few days if I’m honest it means I can see how things go and also it means the chances of having to go back and confirm it are lower 🤞🏻 Dark brown spotting today but not much.. got worse yesterday evening so we’ll have to see. On and off cramps tho. Have you had these? Xx

@Bridgey8 how many weeks are you? There’s many reasons that can cause a bleed. Stay hopeful with me. You are pregnant until told otherwise ♥️♥️

@HoneyLemon29 sorry it’s a negative today but it is still early 🙏🏼🤞🏼 Although definitely see the GP about bleeding in this phase, better safe than sorry xxx

@aesgriff glad you got a call back today but rubbish you have to wait even longer. How are you feeling? I can only see being consultant led as a good thing, extra care & monitoring 🤍

@Bridgey8 I’m so sorry, what a scare you must have got. Keeping everything crossed for you that it’s a “just” random bleed & nothing worse. Hope you manage to get a scan today xxx

@aesgriff glad it's gone back to brown hopefully all will be ok. Yes IV had lots of cramps and backache this time which keeps worrying me 🤦 never had this is previous pregnancies. IV had consultant every pregnancy they diddnt really do alot for me as I didn't have problems but I guess it's more precaution just keep an eye on everything xx

Thanks guys. Still waiting on epau. My husband typically is away today and tonight. Have come home from work as I just couldn't concentrate. Bleeding seems to have slowed and I don't have much pain so no idea what is going on :(

I had a total breakdown last night, it's all just come over me and I'm really stressed at work too so not getting any self care at the moment. I've booked a counselling session for next week, I think it's what I need to help me process and move forward.

@Bridgey8 hope they get back soon it's not nice waiting. Glad it has slowed and hopefully no pain is good 🤞 hope your ok we're all here for you 💕 xx

I was consultant led with my 3rd, I just had extra appointments and extra scans, they can discharge you from consult care anytime they feel happy the pregnancy is progressing as it should x
Regarding my spotting I have no idea 😅
I have 28 day cycles and AF never comes early or late.
I have had spotting in 2 cycles that resulted in pregnancy but I lost them. And I've had spotting in 2 cycles before AF when I wasn't pregnant. So as soon as I ovulate boom I'm just hit with random spotting until AF kicks in properly on time. I don't think this is AF, that normally comes quick and fast with no warning. I'm so stressed over it all x
Tissues pink when I wipe and there's a few streaks of red blood in underwear, this all started yesterday. No seggsy time either x

How far along are you? Don't give up hope. Many things can cause bleeding and sometimes it just classed as "one of those things" 💜

Had my scan on Sunday yolk sac seen not much else to see at 5 weeks repeat scan on the 11th March after 3 missed miscarriages last year hoping this one is the one!

@Bridgey8 sorry you’re having to wait so long, & sorry for making you relive & asking questions but has it sort of just been the one heavy bleed & tapered off? I’m thinking it potentially sounds like a subchorionic hematoma if so (again from my Google medical degree). I’ve had one before and it was more of a heavy bleed rather than the start of the mc spotting. Hoping that’s been it & you have nothing more. Could you try to get a private scan before Friday rather than having to wait?

@speake I was sat in a meeting and felt this gush and I was like wtf was that... ran to the loo and there was a load of blood plus one teeny clot. Completely seeped through my knickers. But since then it seems to have slowed/stopped as popped a pad on at home and barely anything on it so far. I'm tempted to get a private scan if I keep bleeding xx
