@Skl2021 I am so sorry you're going through this I really am 💜

@aesgriff do you have a scan today? I'm hoping all goes well for you 💜

@speake I know it's so difficult but try not to worry about what the tests look like. The first one is very very discoloured 💜

bunnykins123 · 24/02/2022 08:35

@Cruz86 brown is good! It really really could still be implantation 🤞 see what the GP will say although I would prepare yourself for a fight to get progesterone. Someone mentioned on here before (sorry can't remember who 🤗) that you can have a consultation online with a fertility clinic and get a prescription that way. Worth considering if you don't get very far with the GP!

@speake you have almost a dye stealer there!! I think there gets a point with testing when there isn't much dye left and looking at your tests, I think they look VERY positive!

calimc83 · 24/02/2022 08:35

@Cruz86 how many DPO are u now? X

HoneyLemon29 · 24/02/2022 08:35

I've got names muddled up there 🤦‍♀️ bare with me while I figure out where I went wrong 😵‍💫

aesgriff · 24/02/2022 08:36

@HoneyLemon29 thank you lovely lady, it’s tomorrow but I am silent freaking but staying hopeful 🤞🏻 How are you doing? Xx

HoneyLemon29 · 24/02/2022 08:36

Nope the names are correct. Where's my coffee this morning 🤯🤯 😅

bunnykins123 · 24/02/2022 08:37

@speake just to add - look at the control line, it's actually lighter now than the test line - this is good!!

HoneyLemon29 · 24/02/2022 08:38

I don't think my brains working correctly this morning 😂 I thought it was Friday today. TTW of course I would think it's closer to testing week than It is 😅 I'll be thinking of you tomorrow. I think I'm feeling a bit better today than yesterday. I think all my emotions yesterday have taken it out of me today 🥴 x

HoneyLemon29 · 24/02/2022 08:39

Completely agree with this. It's as if the second test has stole dye out of the control line to keep the test dark 💜

arianasky · 24/02/2022 08:41

@Skl2021 I've been thinking of you all night hoeing everything is ok 🙏🏻❤️

@speake todays looks darker to me but I wouldn't worry as they're both dye stealers 💕

Still no O for me today blank circle on CB and low reading on OPK's reckon the other day was a weird blip and I'll O around CD19 again

Ganesh2022 · 24/02/2022 08:44

@Cruz86 a visible cheapie line at this stage feels like a really good thing! Hope they can get you progesterone and/or that it is indeed normal implantatin/pregnancy spotting.

@Skl2021 I have been thinking of you; hoping you had a good sleep. We are here.

@speake To me they look the same. Also the control lines look diff from each other too, so I would say normal variation?

@calimc83 lol you'd totally know re the worms. Worms were literally coming out his a$$. Yucckkkkkk

speake · 24/02/2022 08:58

Thank you for the reassurance ladies, I think I’m going to stop testing now as I guess you reach a point where there isn’t going to be a visible difference. Honestly why can’t it be straight forward for us all.

@Cruz86 I used nova fertility for the progesterone (amongst other things), the initial appt was £150 and then the prescription itself was £194 for 12 weeks of progesterone (2 per day) xxx

speake · 24/02/2022 09:01

Although saying that, I started from ovulation this time as I had progesterone in one of my previous miscarriages & it didn’t work for me later on. So given you’re already at BFP you’d probably only need it for 7/8 weeks so it would be cheaper than what I’ve said above xxx

bunnykins123 · 24/02/2022 09:05

@speake god they are bloody expensive aren't they! My eyes watered when they told me how much 1 box costs. 🥴

speake · 24/02/2022 09:11

@bunnykins123 so expensive!! But worth it if it helps our little beans stick 🤍 Before we went the online route with nova fertility we looked in to Dr Shehata & also ARGC so any cost now I justify to my husband that it could be thousands more if we had gone down that route 🙈 xxx

bunnykins123 · 24/02/2022 09:16

@speake I emailed Dr Shehata a few weeks ago and got an email saying how much to expect testing to cost. I'm already under another fertility clinic so decided against it (for now!) agreed that in the long run it's not actually that much if we get our sticky beans 💕 have you had any other testing done?

speake · 24/02/2022 09:25

@bunnykins123 I did the same & got the big price list back! 😳 Ive only had the nhs testing so far, nova base their treatment on your history / notes so I’m on the same treatment plan through them with the steroids, clexane injections, progesterone, high dose folic acid, aspirin & a million different supplements as is listed in the “is your body baby friendly” book. Have you had lots of testing? Xxx

bunnykins123 · 24/02/2022 09:30

@speake that's exactly what I did!! He is actually the consultant at my local hospital so once I finally get NHS tests, I wonder if maybe I'll get him (😂 unlikely, I know!) I have to wait 1 cycle before I can have any testing so that my hormones normalise. So that'll be next month (if I don't get a lucky BFP this month which I think will be unlikely due to DH not being around 🙄) did they find any issues? How are you finding the injections?

Skl2021 · 24/02/2022 09:30

Just an update ladies. Rang midwife can't get in epu today but have an appointment tomorrow at 10 don't know how much use that will be guess I will be waiting it out again. X

@Skl2021 been thinking of you. I hope u can get a scan tomorrow lovely. Has the bleeding stopped? X

Bundaberg84 · 24/02/2022 09:36

@Skl2021 tomorrow? That's so annyoing they can't see you today. Is there no other way?

speake · 24/02/2022 09:38

@Skl2021 I’m so sorry that you have another day to wait to find out what’s happening. How are things this morning?

@bunnykins123 that would be amazing if you got to see him through the nhs!! Fingers crossed you’re surprised & do get that BFP this month 🙏🏼 My nhs tests were normal but they literally told me they would be before they did them & that it would be unexplained 🤷🏻‍♀️ I just think the nhs is so underfunded in this area & also because we have a toddler already they don’t seem that interested xxx

bunnykins123 · 24/02/2022 09:45

@Skl2021 I'm so sorry they couldn't see you sooner. How are you feeling today? I'm really hoping the spotting has stopped 🤞 been thinking of you 💕

@speake that's really interesting. That's what the fertility clinic told me (pretty much!). I've had my thyroid and blood panel done by GP and absolutely nothing out of fertility range so it's not that. I'm interested in the injections too and steroids. But I can't have them until I've had tests (I don't think). Did you get DH tested? I don't think my DH is that thrilled with the idea of getting tested...😬

aesgriff · 24/02/2022 09:48

@HoneyLemon29 oooh what dpo are you on 🤩🤩 I’m trying really hard to tell myself ‘new day, new pregnancy’. It’s all out of our control which I find really hard as a total control freak 🤣🤣 xx

@Skl2021 oh that is rubbish!! An appointment for tomorrow?! I hope that includes a scan. How’s the bleeding now? How are you doing? Xx

Passenger87 · 24/02/2022 09:52

@Skl2021 you've been on my mind xx sorry they can't see you sooner. How are you feeling today?

@Cruz86 great news that the line is darker! How are you feeling today?
