Did anyone else ovulate on or around Valentine's Day? i could do with some moral support this month as I'm feeling a little down about TTC. Anyone want to do the TWW together? 🤞🏻✨

I am getting so frustrated as opk's are staying faint so this cycle is go in to the 40's 🤦🏼‍♀️ after I bragged to the gp I had got my cycles down and need to do blood tests urgh

@beanchopper17 how frustrating! Do you use the cheap strips or the clear blue ones? Why, for once, can't everything just go our way!?

Did a cheap strip this morning and i couldn't see a line. Not done an frer or clear blue, but i'm sure at 13dpo it would have shown on the cheapy strips x

@MrsT8509 I know right, I just want my cycles to stay in the 30's I hate they are getting longer again! Also I have been having some really intense dreams the past few weeks, always the same thing, me heavily pregnant some going about life. It was so real the other night I woke up in tears! Really not what I need right now 🤦🏼‍♀️😣

Well not necessarily, cheapies usually have higher hcg needed, let's see what tomorrow brings 🤞🏻 is the temps still high?

@beanchopper17 AF came yesterday morning! Brilliant! A lot going on at the moment aside from ttc, so in a way, it was prob for the best this month, and on a more positive note, my cycles are now back to 28 days after the loss! Going to keep positive and really put everything we've got into it this month.

Argh! You must be so frustrated! It's just not fair! I'm sorry to ask this if you have already told me, are you on anything from the doctors to regulate your cycles and help with ovulation? X

I am actually quite annoyed! Seems I may have had a dodgy batch of ovulation tests!!! I am running really late to ovulate (I thought typical the cycle I need to have bloods done) the tests constantly were staying the same faintness for weeks (it usually varies through the weeks)

It got to the point I had to buy more in the same cycle (that never happens!)

Still had a couple from the old batch so I thought I would test it against the new batch, huge difference!!!!

The new one isat the strength I am either about to ovulate or just missed it, if it’s missed then I can’t get my bloods done as I won’t know for certain when it’s 7days before my period starts! So will have to restart my bloods again next cycle 🤦🏼‍♀️🤦🏼‍♀️🤦🏼‍♀️

@beanchopper17 that's bloody awful!! I'm keeping everything crossed that you get your peak in the next 24 hours and it doesn't go lighter! I'd be writing a stongly worded email to the manufacturers of them! Things like this really piss me off! Please let me know tomorrow xx

@MrsT8509 it is very annoying indeed 🤦🏼‍♀️🤦🏼‍♀️🤦🏼‍♀️ couldn't happen any other cycle rather than the one where I have to do bloods! It's just typical!

I was literally saying to the husband at the weekend how strange it is that they have all been the same strength pretty much and not showing signs of getting darker. But he did remind me my cycles are always chaotic and not read too much into it, he's a little peeved it's actually the tests cause it means we haven't tried this cycle either

So the top test was the naff tests and the rest is testing the new ones (yes there's many as I am not sure I trust them, plus desperately hoping a positive would appear)

@beanchopper17 are these OPKs ones you always use? They're very up and down. This is where temping would come in handy! To me, you 55 one looks darker than your 59 one! 🤔 x

@MrsT8509 I have used them for roughly 3 years, and up until recently I would of promoted anyone to use these, as I have used many brands over the years and as a woman with pcos these were very accurate for me.

I have just taken another and it's gone slightly darker again, it's like they can't make their mind up. So m we have been doing the dance incase a peak is to come but other wise I am just going to assumed it happened Monday, then go for bloods next Monday and then see what happens around 14dpo if af turns up haha

I compared the tests again, the dodgy brand has got fainter and the new ones have got darker, who knows 🤷🏼‍♀️

I can't believe I am still getting strong opks and not peak! I am on cycle day 40 so this cycle has really gone mad!

@beanchopper17 that's very odd!!! Could you have ovulated earlier? Have you done a HPT on the off chance?

I'm alright. A lot going on at the moment, but still going and still trying. Ovulstion this weekend and we're trying SMEP this month. I'm at the point where i'll try anything now. Eating brazil nuts everyday, keeping my feet warm with fluffy socks. If someone said if you stand on your head for 30 minutes and you'll have a baby, i'd do it 🤣 xx

@MrsT8509 funny enough I did yest as it's nearly been 2 weeks of strong lines, but it was negative. I have stripped back all my supplements and only taking prescribed meds for a little while.

I understand hun! Got to try everything as you never know what might work for you (as everyone is different). It's such a minefield of options, experiments and trail and error!

@MrsT8509 day 49 it appears I am finally at peak! After over 2 weeks of strong lines I feel relieved! Just a super long cycle sadly

I'm okay. 6dpo today. AF due 5th June. Not even second guessing myself this month, just going with the flow. Fed up of symptom spotting the same symptoms every mo th, it consumes you. X

@MrsT8509 I actually have my first dye stealer, never usually go over 1, so to get 1.45 I am quite chuffed!

I have my fingers crossed for you, but completely understand, it's a right mind f@@@ constantly analysing symptoms. Are u going on o try and leave testing till as late as possible?

Does mean it's a 65 day cycle so a little sad but I am glad the confusion is over!

I am 8dpo and finally got to get my 2nd bloods done today, so hopefully I should find out if I actually ovulated this cycle!
