Late but negative

I'm now 6 days late but had a negative test around 3 days late. I'm reluctant to do another as I'd like to stay naive

We'd been using the withdrawal method but now are actively TTC so happy to be pregnant. So I know the chances are slim but still there.

My question is if you had covid, were your periods messed up after?

I had covid in January which was also when my last period was, I've been regular since last July following the birth of my son and breastfeeding ending before Christmas 2020.

Any thoughts? I know I need to do a test, will do one in the morning if my period doesn't show up through the night.

I just did a similar post, same position as you. Which brand did you use?

I used clearblue, supposed to be from 6 days early so thought it'd be reliable!

I've just started getting quite crampy after I posted so think it's now period on its way 😩

How late are you?

I had this problem this month!
I had covid last month after having a normal period and then this month my period was 5 days late, I never had any cramps or indication it was on its way either so convinced myself I was pregnant! I used clearblue 6 days early at 4 days late which was negative!

When my period turned up I had awful cramps and it was heavier than usual but still only lasted the normal duration of 5 days. Just hoping it's not affected ovulation too much and I ovulate on or around my normal time this month.

Thanks for this! I'm thinking it's just covid messing up my cycle as I don't feel pregnant and the chances are very, very slim. Just wish my period would hurry up as we're going on holiday soon and I timed it so I wouldn't be on my period 😩

I’m in the same situation I am 3 days late but testing negative. Feeling really headachy, not sure if it’s a delayed period or pregnancy. I’ve only just come off the pill so would be extremely surprised if it was pregnancy
