Please help - BBT chart? CD54!

Can anyone help interpret the attached BBT chart please?! I'm stressing out. The temp spike at the beginning is when I had covid - the app thinks I ovulated earlier in my cycle but I never got a peak on the Clearblue advanced digital fertility monitor when the app indicated.

My temps more recently seem higher than earlier on in the cycle but I just don't know what's going on?! Have I ever ovulated?! I'm now on CD54 and got a peak ovulation test on Friday (CD51) and have had some ewcm, bloating, sore boobs etc but no temp increase the last few days?!

I went for an Transvaginal ultrasound on Sat and waiting for results and my doc wants to send me for blood tests on CD5 and CD21 but just sat waiting for my cycle to come again?! Never had a cycle like this before!

Sooo confused! Any info or advice gratefully received! Thank you if you've got this far! X

Update - I did get a slight temp rise this morning to 37.01c .. I guess I will just have to wait to see if that stays high to confirm ovulation? x

@HayMay it does look like yesterday could have been ovulation - you'll need two more high temps in order to confirm it though.

I'm glad you carried on with the opks though as the chart was definitely looking anovulatory up until today.

For future cycles - please note that NC is a bit rubbish at accurately pinpointing ovulation and that Fertility Friend is normally considered best for temping. It looks very basic but is 👌👌👌

So helpful, thanks so much! We didn't BD yesterday, do you think we should today for good measure?! I wasn't sure as got my peak on Friday and then it dropped right back down again on Saturday! Didn't have any other symptoms yesterday like ewcm either, that seemed to stop on Sunday. Getting mixed up between peak opk and ovulation I think! Xx

@HayMay what was your temp like today? If you're up for BD then it doesn't hurt to but if you did ovulate on Sunday then whatever you do today shouldn't have an impact so don't worry too much!

I've downloaded FF and like it already (thanks!) - my temp is as per the above for today - I've plugged data in to FF since the beginning of Feb (see screenshot below) but couldn't be bothered to go way back.. it's been a long cycle

Presume I just need to wait to see what happens tomorrow now?! Xx

@HayMay oh that looks super! You'll need tomorrow and Thursday's temps before it puts crosshairs in for you - but I must say it looks like you've finally ovulated! Perfect coverage BD wise as well :)
