Do you think this is implantation bleeding?

I’m 6dpo and have started bleeding lightly today. It’s red/pink mixed with CM. It’s not coming out enough to leak into my pants, it’s just there when I wipe. My cervix is so high it’s unreachable. Period not due for over a week. Really really bad lower back ache, and the odd mild lower abdominal cramp.
I had implantation bleeding with my last pregnancy but it was a lot lighter than this (although what’s happening now is still what I’d call light bleeding).

Could be. I sometimes get this around ovulation. Would you be around ovulation now?

I tracked ovulation with clear blue opks and cheap stick opks as well so I’m pretty confident as to when it was, definitely would not be expecting a period yet.
Last time I had IB it was around 10 dpo so this time is a bit earlier as well.
