Cycle Day 33 Negative Test Could I Still Be Pregnant?

Could I be pregnant? My last period was 12th January. Negative test at midday today though. CD33

Hi there! Of course you can. The length of your cycle doesn't really say much though. Do you know how many days past ovulation you are?

No I don't know when I ovulated, I got a negative test yesterday though so I'm confused.

Do you have regular cycles?

I come off the contraceptive patch in December so iv only had a bleed on the week break I have with that. But since being off the patch I had a period in December but can't remember the date and January 12th was my last period.

I see. Thing is, most woman will have very irregular cycles for a while after coming off contraception. If you don't track your ovulation (which is hard if they're irregular) you don't know if you're actually late, or uf you haven't ovulated yet. There's not much you can do but test every week ir two.
