BBT help please!

Hi trying to BBT, my tracker has confirmed ovulation on d14 but there looks like dips in temp after this? I thought my temp should remain high after ovulation? Could I of ovulated later? Any advise would help. TIA

Hiya - a dip post ovulation is normal - it's called a fallback dip I think? As long as your temps stay high for next few days then you don't need to worry

Fallback dips are only at 2dpo so it still doesn't align with your temps I don't think. Without knowing your ewcm or opk results I'd guess CD19 is more likely to have been ovulation.

Fertility friend is more accurate than natural cycles for pinpointing ovulation so I'd suggest plotting the temps in there to see what it spits out.
