Valentines Day is Ovulation Day

Is anyone else TTC and your ovulation day falls tomorrow?! Love is in the air! I'll be CD12 tomorrow but know I generally ovulate between CD11 and CD14 from previous pregnancies. We only decided to actually start TTC for our DC3 last week so definitely feeling the love this month. Our DC2 died in NICU in December 2020 so it's going to be a rollercoaster, whatever lies ahead. Who else will be hoping to make a baby this Valentines?!

@Running365 Me!! Fingers crossed, I'm CD12 today, first month tracking with OPK's. My cycles are very regular (29 days) TTC baby no.3 🤍

I think I am ovulating today too, currently on CD16, positive OPK late on CD 14. Sounds like we will be on the TWW together

@BabyBat91 How long are your cycles if you don't mind me asking? I'm patiently waiting for my peak, I'm testing with the easy at home OPK's.

@allthingssparkly, mine have been all over the place for the last year as I've lost nearly 15 stone from a gastric bypass (so we can have a baby!) so they're not reliable, unfortunately. I'm also using the easy@home OPKs, this is what mine have been looking like.

I had my implant out at the end of December, and that cycle was 31 days long

Yep today is ovulation day for me. It has fallen perfectly as was away for my nieces birthday until yesterday and only got back last night. Am hoping for some luck this month

I'm CD12 today, Pre Mom app says I'm currently in my fertile window. I haven't got my peak yet 😩 driving me mad. My cycles are 29 days, so it could be that I've got a few more days to go. We've been DTD to cover all bases 🤞

My strips were driving me mad too, then all of a sudden I got a surge. I was also using the Clear Blue Fertility Monitor which picks up estrogen just before LH surge, so once I saw that I started testing LH twice a day. It's likely you have a few more days to go, try not to worry

@BabyBat91 Honestly I don't want to become obsessive with testing but I also don't want to miss it! I'll wait till tomorrow now and test again. It will be a weight off my shoulders once I get my positive OPK.

Feels like the pressure is on even though I'm trying not to worry/over think!

Hi I got my peak yesterday so ovulation today. DH I managed the BD last night but unfortunately not this morning. Will try again this evening.

Yay! Happy Valentines to you all. Fingers crossed it's a lucky one for us all. We didn't DTD yesterday as had a late night out with friends and I fell asleep as soon as my head hit the pillow. Hopefully Thursday, Friday, Saturday, tonight and tomorrow will be sufficient! Anyone doing anything romantic tonight?!? I'm counting down the hours until my 3 year olds bedtime ready for an early night, nothing fancy here!

So sorry to hear of your loss. I ovulated yesterday I’m pretty sure, so 1dpo for me. I had a chemical last month at 4 weeks (had only known for two days) so I’m really hoping this month will be the one. I’ve read so many stories of people conceiving straight after a chemical! Lots of baby dust to us all in the tww

@Running365 we didn't do anything romantic really, just a chinese, film and DTD again . Although, I'm still trying to work out if I'm 1 or 2dpo, due to my apps and strips, so confusing all of this isn't it? Haha.

First time experiencing TWW and it's torture already! My nip nops are so sorrrree (probably just me symptom spotting and wishing!)

Anyone got anything nice planned for today?

Oh my goodness my nips were sore too this morning when I went out for a little run, that was the first symptom I vividly remember when pregnant with DS1 in January 2018 so fingers crossed it's a sign. Although like you say probably just my imagination as don't even know if I've ovulated yet at CD13 (not tracking as first cycle and 'trying' not to put too much pressure on it all). Just going to DTD another few days and hope we've done all we can! No plans other than an early night again, it's exhausting! And then let the TWW commence...

Early night sounds perfect. I'm off to help my best mate muck her horses out (she's 34wks pg) and then we're going for a little swim to help her hips out a bit as they're hurting her a lot at the moment.

Yeah, I think if this cycle isn't the one for us I'll save my sanity and not track, it is bloody stressful isn't it?

So stressful, I really want to give up OPK testing as it's making me over think the whole process way too much! I suppose if it happens it's a blessing.

I'm CD13 & according to my OPK's/Pre Mom I haven't had my peak yet they're all indicating low readings.

My ovulation fell on Sunday/Monday! Perfect excuse 😉

How is everyone doing? I feel like the 2ww is dragging. It has only been 3 days and feels like an age.

@Tjsmjs days just go sooooooo slowly don't they?!?! It's all I can think about! And I sit there doubting if if I even ovulated and wished I'd done OPKs and temp. Haha.

When will you test?! Any symptoms? I remember I felt implantation around 10DPO with my first two pregnancies so just hoping I'll get the same sensation again next week!

Strangely feel optimistic (you would think after over 10years of trying it would fade over time). But this cycle is a little different, my cycles are regulating thanks to the supplements/medication and we used preseed this cycle 🤞🏻🤞🏻🤞🏻

Does anyone already have children or would this be your first?

6 or 7 dpo here and the husband has tested positive for covid, the first thing I thought was 'damnnnnn wish I could have a dye stealer like that on a pregnancy test!' 😂

I had a popping sensation in my lower abdominal area last night, felt like popping candy was in there which was strange but no symptoms that I have noticed.

When is everyone thinking about testing, I am going to try and hold off till at least 12dpo 🤞🏻

@beanchopper17 I'm 6DPO I think, maybe 7. Woke up feeling sick last night and have again this morning but I'm assuming it's unrelated! So easy to read into everything! Had a chemical last month after BFP at 11DPO so I'm really going to try to wait till AF is due this time!

Hi I’m 5dpo. Feeling pretty tired but that’s more todo with DS having early mornings and giving up his nap. I used to catch up on sleep while he napped (he is 2 so not newborn). Pretty sure this month isn’t ours as I’m already getting my pre period symptoms. Won’t test until 10dpo
