Can see very faint line on the clear blue and nothing on the other.

ImStayingInside · 13/02/2022 02:24

Same as @Chichimcgee
Test again tomorrow, fingers crossed for you 🤞🏻

Suzyinthesummertime · 13/02/2022 02:27

Yes I've definitely been there, possibly a faint line on the clearblue one, can't see anything on the strip one. Both pregnancies of mine i didn't get a positive until 4 days after I missed my period

irishfarmer · 13/02/2022 02:49

Possibly something v v faint on the clear blue but I'm not sure, def need another test!

Babybabysl4 · 13/02/2022 08:45

I see the lines & if you took these pics within time frame of test you should be fine! Check in a few days for a stronger line.

Babybabysl4 · 13/02/2022 08:46

Sorry, meant to say I can see cb line but I don't see any line on the strip test.

KSAM · 13/02/2022 12:30

I can see a faint line on the clear blue, can't see anything on the right one. Has the clear blue test line got colour in? Can't really see from the pic xx

ttcmom · 13/02/2022 12:48

Thanks everyone for the thoughts and supports!Could really use it to have this ttc journey going Thanks

The vvf line on the CB was quite grayish though it showed within the timeframe. Fingers crossed for tomorrow morning.

I can see lines on both. your cheapie is more obvious than the one i had with my son. you can see the area where it is a different colour and it is the right thickness.

good luck x

ttcmom · 13/02/2022 15:56

Thanks xx @Candycan frankly hoping this will be my rainbow too Blush

So gutted, the tests didn't come back favourably this morning. Period supposedly tomorrow. Come what may.... Sad

Candycan · 14/02/2022 09:06

sorry OP.

chemical or possible evaps - being able to test early is both a blessing and a curse I think.

did you use the same tests today?

fairgame84 · 14/02/2022 09:10

Clearblues are terrible for evaps and indents. I got the same line a few months back and it got my hopes up for nothing.

waffle222 · 14/02/2022 09:32

Sorry OP, CB are notorious for evaps. Every one of those tests I've done has come up with a line and I've not been pregnant :(

Fingerscrossed for next month xx

ttcmom · 14/02/2022 10:07

@Candycan was using cb 25 mIU and similar cheapie - one step brand. No visible lines on both tests sadly

@fairgame84 @waffle222 cb really is infamous for this issue but i do not know why i kept coming back on buying them Confused less choices at our pharmacy here i guess and it is just really a shame we dont hv FRER sold at our region Envy

@Candycan chemical is possible too.. been having same concern last few cycles. Idk why it feels so hard to get pregnant successfully after experiencing miscarriage last January 2021. SadSadSadSadSad

@ttcmom sorry you're struggling to conceive. I had two Mc's one Christmas 2020 and 2nd one Sept 2021. After the 2nd one I used easy@home OPKs to track my ovulation. I was out by a few days when just using the flo app for ovulation prediction. I got pregnant 1st month using them. Would you consider them? They seem to work for a lot of women and are a LOT cheaper than CB OPKs.

It seemed like little comfort after my MC's but I was reminded that "at least you can get pregnant" which is half the battle. I know it's not easy though

fairgame84 · 14/02/2022 11:17

I used one step when I got my bfp then confirmed with a frer. The one step are 10miu and I got them off amazon. I think clearblue are fine once you've got strong lines on an early test but I wouldn't use them before a missed period.
It took us 14 months to get our bfp so I understand how hard it is facing the monthly disappointment.

ttcmom · 14/02/2022 11:27

Thanks for the thoughts @irishfarmer Blush been using opks to track my ovulation too. Its kinda hard to explain it, but feel like we hit the peak then the tww.. always had faint lines on my tests in past few cycles but none made it to real sticking pregnancy.. suspecting chemical in few rows.. in my previous cycle, i also bled huge clot with some whitish/grayish colours to it (sorry for tmi) i just dont feel like it is not sticking..... maybe it's time to consult the fertility centre to address this issue? @fairgame84 perhaps it's time to ditch CB for serial early testers like me Grin i have loads of cheapie too, and will stick on it til i have a convincing line in future. But poas addiction is real.. though having cheapie, still wanting to buy "reliable" tests from the pharmacy. This expensive habit must goConfused

@irishfarmer i meant i just feel like it isn't sticking typos all around. sorryHalo

Period didn't show up yesterday.

Bled lightly this afternoon..... and so far no sign of it going any heavier.

Unfortunately, i was tested +ve for Covid. was taking care of my husband in isolation these few days.

I felt so defeated.....honestly hoping for bfp but here i am laying weak, anticipating if the period would come in full force with all these headache and body ache.

Gosh. why would life be so cruel to us...Sad

Candycan · 16/02/2022 10:23

have you tried another test?

irishfarmer · 16/02/2022 11:13

Sorry to hear you have covid, hope you aren't too sick.

It might be your month :) I think if I am ever TTC again I will wait until after missing AF, finding out so early made waiting for all the next steps like GP, Bloods, EPU scan even longer!
