Hot baths

I’ve seen some people say they avoid hot baths when TTC. Is there a reason for this and if so at which stage are you meant to avoid them? Or completely?

In my fertile period now and over the weekend but also really want a hot bath! And I like my baths seriously hot.

Yeah they say it shouldn't be so hot it turns your skin pink.

I would avoid during ovulation until af arrives. If you are lucky to get a positive soon then it's something you should avoid as well.

Bath salts have said to be bad as well.

Mine always turn my skin pink! Maybe I should just start having them in first half of cycle. Though at the same time I’ve always said I wouldn’t put my life on hold while TTC.

Yeah same, but i also see why it's a thing. It's like male chefs, they say the heat cooks the swimmers. So maybe it's the same kinda thing 🤷🏼‍♀️
