Hi all! I'm 28 years old, First month TTC. I was diagnosed with PCOS about ten years ago and used to never get periods, maybe 2 a year and very light but for the last 4 years I've had regular periods every month (in 20-40 day cycles). I also have bipolar disorder.

In 2018 I got pregnant by accident and drank heavily throughout the pregnancy, I then had a manic episode which led to me discovering I was 10 weeks pregnant. Looking back I had lots of symptoms that I ignored. I decided to terminate the pregnancy, knowing I wasn't stable enough for a child and worried about how my drinking and bipolar drugs had affected development.

Fast forward to this year, my long term partner and I decided to start trying, I no longer drink and am on a safer medication. Regular periods like clockwork apart from this cycle:

27th December 5 day period begins, we decide to start trying

14th January predicted ovulation date but I think I ovulated much later. I had sex every day from the 9th until the 20th

23rd January I began to experience lower back cramps, nausea and constipation (one of the first signs in my previous pregnancy, I'm never constipated otherwise). I assume AF is coming negative FRER

24th - 27th January very light pink and brown spotting, pink milky discharge and brown stringy discharge, only visible on tissue, no blood. This never happens as my periods are always heavy. Negative FRER

29th January period is due but doesn't come. No cramps, no normal pms cravings I feel as though I am pregnant, have no appetite and very constipated. Negative FRER

1st February Breasts have grown by a cup size, I am very bloated and still constipated with no appetite. I am sleeping 12+ hours a day Faint positive strip test

2nd February same symptoms, faint positive FRER

3rd February same symptoms, stronger positive FRER

4th February same symptoms lighter positive FRER

5th February same, positive FRER

6th Feb negative FRER

Testing every day since then and still negative with no more positives. I know CP is a thing but I'm still having symptoms; loss of appetite, larger breasts, constipation, skin rashes (I had this with my previous pregnancy). No bleeding and no cramping, no sign of AF. Negative LH tests for entire cycle, with tests recently being lighter and lighter. In my first pregnancy I had a lot of the same symptoms and my appetite was a huge sign as I'm never not hungry 😅

Doctor won't do anything until I've missed my next period too, I guess I want to know if anyone has experienced anything similar? I'm not worried about ectopic e.t.c as I have no pain or blood.

UPDATE: ANOTHER FAINT POSITIVE ON FRER THIS MORNING
