Invalid, Evap or False Positive?

Hi all,

Last night I took two pregnancy tests, one appeared like a possible positive and the other appeared negative. I took another test the next morning and that one also had a very faint line.
All test’s were read within 3 minutes when I first noticed the faint lines. Although, by the following day the “faint” lines seemed to look slightly darker.
I should also mention I have a hormonal IUD (for 3 years) and if I were pregnant I would be about 12 months. Therefore, I should see more prominent lines?
I did bring the 3 tests to a pharmacist who also agreed that the two had faint but visible lines and recommended I go to the hospital.
Unfortunately at the hospital they only collected urine and that test did come back negative.
Becauae of my IUD I don’t typically get periods. For just over two weeks I’ve been experiencing severe mood swings (abnormal for me), painful boobs, and I have been vomiting off and on.
Just looking for some extra advice.

Is there any way you can book a private ultrasound just to check there's nothing untoward? I'd also book a GP appointment and ask for a blood test.

Yes I do plan to make an appointment with my GP! Unfortunately it may take a month before she is able to schedule me in.
