Evap? Positive please help

Hi I took clear blue 6 day early as af is due Saturday, have had cramps sore breast and backache just over a week now. I looked at test as it was changing colour and just thought negative as no line came up straight away, got DD ready for school went back to it and it was like this thick faint line, think it's an evap anyone shed any light on it have you had these thick false lines going mad waiting for morning

Yes this happened to me. Looking at your picture that looks like a positive result. I also did a test before period was due (using these tests) and it always took a while (about 15/25 mins) to show a faint line. Its a good sign :-) i took one everyday and only got a dark line 3 days late.

Thank you for your reply, I have another clear blue to do in morning but so scared it's going to be negative. I have ordered some FR early ones so they will be with me tomorrow. Just don't want to get my hopes up again. As seen so many reviews on evap lines on these tests

Mmmmh I wouldn't trust it to be honest. So many threads about evap lines with the clear blue test, especially after the time frame. It doesn't mean you're not pregnant, it just means it isn't an accurate result. I'd bin it after the time frame.
I'd recommend a pink dye test, preferably a FRER and test again. Good luck though!!

I have done three more tests different brands and all negative. :-( just expect AF now on Saturday thanks for your replies
