Post pill ammenorhea?

First post so be gentle please!
Came off the mini pill in September as we’re TTC our first (both 34) however have not had a sniff of a period. I didn’t have any withdrawal bleed either… Had blood tests done and an ultrasound done…doc seems sure I don’t have Pcos as I have healthy follicles and my hormone levels are normal range but yet no sign of period nearly 5 months later?
Was certain I ovulated 14 days ago, (been using opk) and been having cramps, and sicky feeling over the past few days.
So today I have taken a test but it was negative so hoping it’s at least the start of my period returning…
Has anyone else waited this long for AF to return?!
Also i did the test around 4pm so wasn’t the first pee of the day but surely that wouldn’t matter if I was at 14po?
Any guidance would be great, can totally see how this ttc can take over your life 🤯

Took me 12 months to get mine back. If this isn't the return of your period then go down the holistic route, there's no other way.

Also, ask for copy of your blood results and then look up the optimal range as opposed to the 'normal' range that doctors use.

I remember it took me around 4 months to start recovering from the pill and about 6 after the mirena coil. I dont think you should worry yet, but if it causes you anxiety ask your gp for some tests.

@Maxamy111 Hi! I am going through something similar. I'm 34 and came off the pill 8 weeks ago. AF hasn't come back and pregnancy and ovulation tests are all negative. Do you have any advice based on your experience?
