2021 we went round the emotions of TTC#1 for me (DP has DSD) with no success. At Christmas, we said we would be taking a break as it's a busy time of year, last DSD would likely believe in Santa and I was successful for a promotion starting in the new year although this has been moved to a March start date now

Anyway, this morning DP made a comment about buns in the oven and it dawned on I've not tracked/opened Flo since new year. Well I've opened it and seen I am 7 days late.

DP went to the shops at lunch time so picked up a clue blue twin pack tests (1 digital 1 standard). Done the first test, the non digital one, and it was invalid reading. The control window never had its line and nothing changed on the results either.

I have the digital left but am I best waiting for tomorrow morning to use it? Or can I test tonight? I have drunk 4L of water today so I don't know if that also will impact any result.

I did have a section of dip tests when we were TTC but never re brought any after our decision to take a break but equally can't be spending £14 every 2 days to test on clue blues Sad

So yes, my question is to all those who have had a positive before on a clear blue digital - anytime testing or first thing in the morning testing.

I did a CB digital when I was only 13DPO, no hold and in the evening, so not the best circumstances for a test but it showed up pregnant Smile

Fingers crossed for you!

4 litres of water is a lot to dilute urine but if your 7 days late it should show up on the test, it did for me, good luck xx

I've gone to test but by collecting a sample first - as it's so clear looking we've decided to test in the morning! Waiting game commences Sad

Ok this might sound stupid but if the control line hasn’t shown on the other one could it be because you’ve not weed on it enough and if you use it again it might work? I’ve had that happen before.

Good luck for you with your digital one in the morning 🤞🏻

BeauB8 · 08/02/2022 20:45

Also if you’re 7 days late I’d say a digital would be accurate no matter how clear your wee is!

Negative this morning. I guess I just need to see when AF arrives

@BingeOnChocolate that’s a shame. Have you have covid recently or a Jab?

BingeOnChocolate · 09/02/2022 11:49

No covid, although DP and DSD did have it in December, and my third jab was back in October. It could be delayed due to stress of work etc I suppose. I will see what happens this week and if nothing, test again or ring the GP
