@Skl2021 Not daring to try IC's as I know I'll be upset...my tests were all early detection. No symptoms except a coin-like taste but I've had that anyway since MC...Where's your head at with everything lately?? And physically?

@Cindy974 did you have a scan coming up? Or has it been??

BTW I'm wary of magic potions and I think often these things are pure chance/luck, but I tried the cough medicine trick this cycle for the first time.

@Ganesh2022 tentative congratulations about your early bfp! 🎉 and yes its at 5:45, scared is an understatement! My knee dislocated then went back in and now its all swollen, was going to go to get it looked at instead but chose my scan over it 🤣

If I'm thinking the same as @Ganesh2022 cough medicine with mucinex in makes you have really good EWCM around O time so it's easier to conceive apparently

@Ganesh2022 I'm doing ok not really acknowledging it yet. Won't believe it until I see it on the screen. We haven't told anyone either. I'm really interested in this cough medicine 🙊 xx

@Cindy974 oh no!! That sounds painful...I destroyed my fingertip on holiday ( so now typing with 9 fingers)..a gross thing called mallet finger, stupidest injury to ever need lengthy treatment. Thx for congrats and I'll be crossing my fingers (on the other hand lol) for you!

@Skl2021 I get that; I'm going to try to put to the back of my mind...I've only told my acupuncturist; I think he was pleased w himself.

Ha yeah the cough medicine is as @arianasky said, anything with Guanfacine in it. I took it at positive opk and continued for a few days. Pretty sure experts would say it's totally not a thing but I figured it was a low-tech, no risk thing to try, likewise eating pineapple after ovulation.

*Guaifenesin...whatever the over the counter cough syrup one is, not the adhd/tics med

@Cruz86 no diff at all, except bleeding gums but I get that sometimes anyway. And a few cramps in 2ww...but something I always get lol. The thing that made me go mayyyybe was light bleeding, but I figured could also be spotting.

@Cindy974 are you able to get around?!

Been for my scan… there is a tiny baby with a heartbeat!!! But I was measuring 5w+6d when I thought I was 7 weeks going off my positive opks. Is this still good news? Im over the moon there is a heartbeat but worried with the measurements? She did say when they are this small its hard to get accurate dates x

@Cindy974 glad everything was ok 💕 I think a week or so is ok at this stage as like u said it's so small and hard to measure! Alot of times the dates match up by 12 weeks. Xx

@Cindy974 try and stay positive 🤞 are you having another or waiting for the 12 week one now? I'm not doing to bad thanks trying to keep busy. I am getting to that point of worry now that I need to know everything is ok 🤦 x

Hi guys, just had a blighted ovum and had the op to remove everything last week. I'm so heart broken as id got to 12 week scan thinking everything would be fine. I want to try again ASAP but was told should wait 2 full cycles. This was my 2nd pregnancy my 1st was completely normal so big shock to me. How long did you all wait before TTC? Xx

@Skl2021 I’m not sure think I’m going to try and wait for my 12 week one I think! I know how you feel, are you going to get a scan do you think? X

@Cindy974 have u heard from a midwife yet? I'm trying hard not to have one but I might cave 🤦 I'm desperate to know everything is ok before I get to far and get bad news xx

Evening all! Had a busy, busy day. Couple of waves of nausea today too. Still in denial mode if I’m honest. Got that Sunday feeling… sigh. Anyone else feel like the weeks are going soooo slowly?? Xxx

@Skl2021 would you be totally against having a scan? Or are you just happy living in the moment. I think your symptoms all point to a very positive outcome.

@Cindy974 that's great news, it must have been so lovely seeing the teeny heartbeat. I know lots of people who's dates were pushed back - you have nothing to worry about I'm sure. If you can, try and enjoy the news from your positive scan.

@calimc83 this is true. The 1 cycle I wasn't pregnant, I had soooo many symptoms that I was certain I was pregnant. I wasn't. I don't think symptoms actually mean much when you look at all the lovely ladies who have recently had BFPs and their symptoms in the build up to it. But. It's fun to overanalyse everyone twinge and sensation! Are you feeling much after your wine and pizza last night?

I'm in the build up to fertile week now. Had a bit of a wobble earlier, overanalysed everything on google and now feel totally bummed out. I must learn that no good comes from google 😡
