First Time TTC - when to BD with CBFM?

Hi lovelies!

I'm on my first cycle ttc, and I just got a 'high' reading on the Clear Blue Fertility Monitor and it said 'Estrogen Rise Detected' but I haven't had peak yet.

I also used one of the Easy@home OPK strips and it's not showing a rise in LH so I'm a bit confused.

When should I be aiming to BD at the moment? Thank you

Hi there @BabyBat91 - when the monitor detects estrogen, that means your peak is very close. You're int your fertile week now. Estrogen rise happens before lh rise, that's why your opk don't pick it up yet.
I'd suggest BD every other day until you reach your peak, then aim for teo days or three in a row. Good luck!🤞

@Bundaberg84 thank you so much for your reply :)

Oh how exciting! I was getting quite confused thinking that perhaps the monitor was dodgy haha. Great, I'll get on it with DH and cross all fingers and toes Grin

No no, don't worry ;) it gives you a longer fertility window actually, so it's a good thing
