Pregnant again right after early miscarriage?

Hi all, I had an early miscarriage in January at 4 weeks. I stopped bleeding 4 weeks ago and had a very positive pregnancy test today. Could it be residual hcg hormones from the miscarriage or could I be pregnant again? Thanks for any advice!

Hm I don't think so? I had a MC at 5w+2d last year and my tests were negative again within a week, then I ovulated a week later (so 2 weeks after my mc) and I fell pregnant again. If you're not sure you could always ask for blood work to be done. Good luck 😌✨️

I remember reading that women are very fertile right after miscarriage so I would think it’s a new pregnancy. (I got pregnant very quickly after miscarriages too)
