3 periods in 3 weeks

Hi lovely people,
I stopped breastfeeding my one year old in December and began taking seven seas trying for a baby on the 1st of January as my partner and I would like to start ttc in April. I had a period on the 5th of January that lasted 5 days. The following week I then had another period again lasting 5 days and than I started the following week again another period or bleed I should say that this time only lasted 3 days. So I have had 3 periods in January. Does anyone have any ideas as to what might be going on?

Wow sounds intense, I’d ring your doctor tbh and get some clarification and reassurance on this. I haven’t breastfed before but always had one period a month 6 weeks after giving birth, never three bleeds.
