Hiya, full disclosure here that I am no doctor, but also suffer with PCOS.

Whilst I'm lucky that I ovulate regularly, I have read that PCOS can mean several LH surges throughout the month, which is why OPK tracking can be tricker for us.

From my quick squizz at your photos I would suggest your body tried to surge a few times, and then finally peaked - which is when I imagine you could have ovulated.

Please don't take this as gospel, I'm just another PCOS sufferer trying to make sense of TTC, but hope that helped some x

Ah thank you, how frustrating is it?! 😅

appreciate your response, I guess I'll just have to wait and see what is going on x

Have you tried tracking your basal body temperature along with OPK. I don’t have PCOS however a friend does and she’s successfully conceived twice now with doing both BBT and LH/OPK. Natural cycles is great it only takes LH/OPK into consideration when there’s a rise in body temp to confirm ovulation. I’m using this method currently on cycle 2 after being on contraception and looking promising that I’ll find my ovulation this month as predicted in the next few days. Good luck

Did you DTD around that peak one? If so I think you're pretty covered to be honest! And like PP says, if you track BBT then you know definitely if you ovulated. I just do OPKs at the moment as I'm obsessive enough with them, but I do worry every month if I've ovulated and I think it's good way to tell!

We have dtd every other day (there abouts) so hopefully have covered all angles 😅 yes opks can get addictive can't they lol, fingers crossed for you xx
