Mirena Removal and bleeding

I had my coil removed recently and no bleeding, doctor said you have no protection and can start trying straight away. It was around 2 weeks since my period and signs I was ovulating. We had sex but now 3 days later I have had tiny bit of cramps and a full bleed this morning. Is this caused by having the coil removed, does that count as a period or just a bleeding? Am I likely to get another bleed aka actual period when it's due as well in around 2 weeks time? So confused!

thanks for listening!
