Hi,

I'm looking for some advice.
This is the first month I have been tracing my BBT to help conceive.

From what I have ready my chart is right that I ovulated on CD 16. My temperatures at 6dpo are still raised but my next question is...

What does your BBT look like if you have conceived? Or what it looks like if you haven't. How long should my temps stay raised etc. I can't find any clear info out online so would love some help and advance from experience or knowledge.

I have attached my BBT chart to day.

Thanks for your help x

Everyone is slightly different but my temp would usually drop the day before or the day AF was due. If not it says high 😊
Once youve done it for a few months you'll see your pattern 🤞🏼♥️

Once temps confirm ovulation they're a bit useless to be honest and plenty of women stop temping at that point.

One hint is that temps drop to the/below the cover line for AF - but likewise it's not unusual to have them stay elevated during your period. BFP and BFN charts share a lot of the same characteristics so it's best not to read into them.
