@Annny27 Amazing!!!!SmileXxx

Fizzl · 14/02/2022 21:52

@Annny27 she's not crawling yet (thankfully 😂) but she's kind of practicing getting into the crawling position and she shuffles backwards so don't think it will be long. Then the fun and games really start I think! I quite like knowing she will stay where I leave her at the moment!

Ah I bet he's over the moon. What a lovely Valentine's Day present!

BecsterG · 14/02/2022 22:04

@Annny27 congratulations amazing news!! I still check on here occasionally to see how everyone is and keeping everyone crossed for lots of rainbows (I sounds really creepy actually!) anyway not sure if you remember me but I couldn't read your news without saying massive congratulations. @Annny27 such a strong line two for 10 DPO!! I've everything crossed for you 🌈.

Yes Jude is almost 17 months (can't believe it really). He's into EVERYTHING and such a happy smiley boy. X

Whiffle77 · 15/02/2022 07:44

Ahhhh @Annny27 I am so pleased for you, what amazing news!!! Congratulations!! You are right to be excited - you and @SunnySideUp2020 are pregnancy buddies!!

I'm also lurking about like a creeper too haha!

Wanted to say I also tried acupuncture straight after my MC. It made me feel so much better physically, and was like a therapy session every time i went to see her as she was so lovely. I did get pregnant again very soon after starting it, who knows if it helped - I probably would've carried on through the pregnancy too but we went into lockdown so obviously couldn't.

It is very expensive though is the one thing I would say, they do like you to have a course of sessions - so just something to bear in mind. Nothing is a miracle worker but it did make me feel like I was doing something too.

Annny27 · 15/02/2022 08:40

@sunnysideup2020 yes 💗💗💗 so kinda the same thing that happened to you happened to me with fmu today. I did a test first thing and it was slightly lighter than yesterday but them I took another one am hour later and it was back to same as yesterday so I think fmu isn't the best for me! How are you feeling?

@becsterG 17 months wow! Are you wanting anymore or are you happy with your 2? Xx

@whiffle77 I think acupuncture is super cool although I am too scared to do it hahah! Glad you are doing well:D

How's everyone else doing?

@peanuttybutter fingers crossed your heavy AF was a good cleanout like you say!

@angelmama1121 have you tested?

BecsterG · 15/02/2022 08:50

@Annny27 we're very happy with our two boys so no more for us. Not sure we could handle a third so good job we agree 😂🙈

Xx

SunnySideUp2020 · 15/02/2022 08:53

@Annny27
The obsessive testing drove me mad honestly.
With this fmu lighter test thing many times, then with tests that were just looking all the same for days... It truly made me feel shit. Like convinced it won't work out...
Doing the digital with weeks helped. As the color of tests just aren't that reliable. I was googling like a mad women other people's progression etc...
So ofc my advice is just stop testing but I know the anxiety of not knowing is unbearable! And if like me you don't have clear symptoms it can also fuel the anxiety.
But I stopped doing tests daily now. First because I have agonising back pain and I cba, but after getting 3+ I thought ok now we wait until the early scan on 21st.

These first few weeks time truly stands still...

Are you planning on having an early scan???

SunnySideUp2020 · 15/02/2022 08:54

And definitely evening or late afternoon tests were always much darker. Dont bother with fmu!

Annny27 · 15/02/2022 09:12

@sunnysideup2020 Yep I 100% agree with you. Wish I could be the kind of person to take one test and then move on hahah

I am following your advice and have decided I won't be buying anymore line tests because it isn't worth the stress. I might do a digital in a week or so but just going to accept that I am pregnant and that's what's currently going on!

Yep I will have an early scan, because of my history the EPU will probably do one for me between 6 -7 weeks I imagine. Will get in contact with them in a week or so

Annny27 · 15/02/2022 10:13

@apwilso sorry to hear that:( please do keep us updated when you feel that you can 💗

H0peing · 15/02/2022 10:36

@Annny27 Glad you've decided to stop testing, as difficult as it is not to! I had to stop buying them as if there were any in the house then I would use them. Fmu was often lighter for me too. Not sure why but baby still seems to be healthy at 28 weeks. I had to use fmu on Clearblue digital tests though. I was told that the best time for the first scan is at 7 weeks, if you can wait that long, as you're most likely to hear the heartbeat by then. At 6 weeks you might not hear it just because it's too early. Hope you can find ways to keep yourself busy in the wait until the first scan. I definitely recommend booking a private scan if the epu won't see you by 7 weeks. It's great that you've already seen such strong lines so early! Such great newsSmileXx

MilsCookie · 15/02/2022 11:43

@Annny27 ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

This is the BEST news I’ve heard in a long time!! CONGRATULATIONS Anny!! Also still a lurker and I am so excited to see your BFP!! You deserve this and more. Praying that this little bean is the rainbow you’ve been waiting for ❤️ 🌈 and so lovely to have found out on Valentine’s Day!! Sending you all the luck and best wishes for a healthy 9 months!! Xxxxxxx

PeanuttyButter · 15/02/2022 14:47

@apwilso sorry to hear you want to step back a bit, I know the feeling well. We are here if you need us, even if it's just to vent. Similarly feel free to DM me anytime

Holidaycomedown · 15/02/2022 15:15

Congratulations @Annny27 Flowers lovely line

Can I join you ladies? I'm ttc #2 after an ectopic in October where I lost my tube. DD was my 4th pregnancy after 3 losses so I'm buckling in for a shitty time

Kelb79 · 16/02/2022 00:42

@Annny27 OOOOOOMG!!! YEEEESSS!! So so happy for you and praying for a super sticky bean and a beautiful 9 months ❤️❤️❤️❤️
What an amazing valentines present!! 😍😍

My valentines sucked - OH actually went to the pub in the evening and left me home alone!! 🙄
We’ve had a really wobbly week - I honestly think the post MC stress is really hitting both of us. We’ll be fine - we are genuinely soul mates and I know it - but we have bumpy times!

@apwilso sending you so much love chicky xxx I totally feel where you’re at and am here or at the end of a DM if you need to vent anytime at all ❤️❤️❤️

@Holidaycomedown welcome never seems like the right word, I’m so sorry you find yourself where none of us ever actually wanted to be but this group is amazing and, I hope, will give you the support that we all need through this utterly shitty ride!! Lots of love xxx

Annny27 · 16/02/2022 08:24

@Kelb79 we had a massive argument the day before valentines day and we were talking about how our sexlife has changed for the worse since ttc and the pressures. We made up obviously and then next day found out! But this journey is full of trials for ttc couples especially after infertility and miscarriage, it has to be hard for them too. Sending love 💗

@H0peing wow I cant believe you are 28 weeks! It's gone so fast (for me anyway not for you haha!)

@milscookie thank you lovely 😍 🥰💗💗 hope you and the twins are doing well! Are they crawling/ walking?
