TTC 26/27 day cycles

Hi girls!

I'm on my second month trying, but first month my husband was working away and not back till day 15 (26/27 day cycle) and we tried a couple off times but the ovulation sticks were not surging. So now month two I have started the sticks today as my period has ended (I know this is early but I can't wait) his working away this week but back on day 8 but away for a bucks weekend! So prob try from day 9 onwards and his home for two weeks. Any girls out there with similar cycles? What date do you ovulate? I'm struggling a bit with just so many ppl around me pregnant! And I know it's only the beginning of this journey!

@Winter1989 hi! Firstly, you're right at the beginning of the journey. I personally would just try to have regular sex and not get too obsessed with testing. If it's a longer journey, all that will come in time. With a 27 day regular cycle, I think you'll ovulate around day 13 ish but start testing from day 8 if that is the way you want to work things.
