How long after positive opk should period arrive?

I've recently been tracking my cycle and it seems that my period arrives approximately 17-18 days after my positive opk. Is this normal?

Yes - you might have a slightly longer than average luteal phase but in general period should arrive two weeks post ovulation so 15-16 days after positive OPK. You ovulate between 24-72 hours after a positive OPK I think!

Yep that sounds absolutely fine. Just remember that the positive OPK is indicating you are about to ovulate, but for some women that can be anywhere from 12 - 48 (even occasionally 72 hrs!) later. Good luck!
