DTD on CD17 and 19 following EWCM. OPK showed clear peak at CD21 but didn’t DTD after CD19.

I realise no one will ever know but I want to book an early scan and don’t want to book it so early you can’t see anything.

Probably CD22. If you had a Peak on CD21 you probably ovulated the next day. So however many days from then plus 22.

Thanks for that. So you think the sperm stuck around from CD19 to CD22? I know they can live for up to a week but I don’t know how likely that really is. Wondered if it was more likely the OPK was wrong given EWCM was earlier.

My DC is IVF so this is all new to me.

Yup sperm can easily love for 5 days. Early scan would probably aim for 7 weeks post last period

Thanks for replying. That sounds like a good strategy. I think I need to add a week on to any calculation due to late ovulation.

I might book one for 7.5 weeks since last period which is - hopefully - 6.5 weeks pregnant. I’m nervous to book it in case I miscarry before then, kinda like tempting fate.
