Prolactin and LH levels

Hi!

Sorry, this is a bit of a long one, but just wondered if anyone could help / has been in a similar situation. I have a follow up appointment with an endocrinology consultant next week and wanted to be as informed as possible.

I have had several blood tests on hormone levels, including prolactin and LH/FSH and ovarian scans for PCOS.

LH to FSH ratios were 2:1 (which I believe is indicative of PCOS)
Last prolactin result was around 800

PCOS scan said 'shows some features of polycystic ovaries but not all' - there was one cyst shown on 2 out of the 3 scans (once on each ovary)

In my last call with the endocrinologist I was told there was no chance my irregular cycle could have anything to do with PCOS as I am not overweight. Which I felt wasn't looking at the full problem.

Has anyone had any experience of a combination of high LH AND high prolactin? From what I've read high prolactin tends to suppress LH and FSH.

Thanks in advance for any advice anyone can give me ahead of my consultation next week!
