Hi. I just need your advice as I'm wondering if I'm just seeing things.

I think I ovulated on 15/01. Had unprotected sex on 11 and 12/01. Did a clearblue yesterday which I thought showed a line but it was barely visible. I did a frer last night and today and they're bfn. That said, the line on the clearblue which I have just done is darker (see pic).

Am I imagining things? Why would the frers be negative 🤷‍♀️ if I'm more than 10 days dpo then they should have picked it up?

Thanks

Just commenting because I am in the same
Boat as you. I think I ovulated 14/15th and dtd on the 11th. I took a cheap blue dye teat yesterday and swore I could see a faint line, but I’ve heard blue dye ones are bad
For evaps:( I also had bfn on frer yesterday even with a ‘6 day earlier’ stick.

I can definitely see something in your photo though🤞

Thanks lovely. Fingers crossed for bfp for you🤞

I've just looked at the frer and there's this faintest line but accept that I took the test at 7am so the current reading is unlikely to be reliable .

Faintly but yes

Try a red dye test. Blue dyes can't be trusted and no test outside of the time limit should be red. I've had pretty decent red lines and not been pregnant.

Candyss · 26/01/2022 09:37

its unusual that a clearblue would pick up when a frer hasnt at 11dpo but there is so many variables when taking a test. the time you take it, how long you've held, the amount of dye in individual tests.

it's a boring answer I'm afraid but time will tell - test again tomorrow/in a few days.

Thanks all. I'm so tempted to test again but will probably leave it for a couple of days x

3 days later and this is the Asda cheapie which developed within 3 minutes. My AF is not due until tomorrow/Sunday. I've done two other cheapies as well which developed a red line but within 5 minutes. Surely they can't all be evaps? X
