I came off the pill in Sept 2020, been actively TTC since May 21.
Before going on the pill (aged 27) I used to have very regular 5 day periods, which started heavy and gradually got lighter.
Now almost every period since I came off the pill I have about 4 days of light brown or light pink bleeding (I’d say it’s more than spotting though), it then stops completely for a day or two, then another 3/4 days of heavy bleeding - so about 8 days in total usually.
Every time after I get a few days of light pink and then it stops I think could I be pregnant and test - but I never am and then a day or two later my period kicks in properly.
Think I’ve been over googling and I am now worried about progesterone levels or something else (I also have bad circulation/raynauds)
Or is this just normal for periods to change over time? (I’m now 32)
