Cramping 4DPO

Hey all,

4days dpo & getting on and off cramps.

It feels like light period pain, not painful but it is noticeable and can be uncomfortable.

I have tracked my cycle with OPKs and according to them I will likely have ovulated 4 days ago so I don't believe it's ovulation pain.

I know it's way too early for implantation cramps but just wondering if anyone else has been getting these so early on in the luteral phase?

It's been happening since we started ttc 3 months ago, wasn't aware of it before :/

Probably going to speak to my gp about it soon but just wondering if anyone is in a similar boat?

Hi @Mariabombia I’m the same. 4DPO and having cramps as you. When did you ovulate? I ovulated late this month on CD22 and having cramps since then. Feeling quite bloated as well.

@GingerFox2021

Hi! Hope you're okay & the cramps aren't too painful :) have you had them before this early on in your cycle?

Oh really, I felt really bloated yesterday before I'd even eaten anything! No bloating today though.

According to clear blue I ovulated on CD15.

I'm worried that it's not normal to be cramping like this every month :(
