I'm thinking of starting to measure my BBT but I've an awful memory and my two year old ends up in the bed most nights meaning waking any time and will end up very inconsistent.

Does anyone use any kind of wearable thermometer watch or smart watch to do this? I've had a google and can't find much so hoping for some advice here. I don't currently have any smart watch or Fitbit so not even sure if they do temp

I have just started using OvuSense this cycle after TTC for over a year. They have a sensor you can wear on your arm or a internal one. I am using the internal one as i am a very restless sleeper and was worried about knocking the external one off with my flailing about.

It's very expensive but I am enjoying how easy it is to track each morning using the app. I liked that it confirms ovulation (although I am still using OPKs even though Ovusense advise not to)

I can't really say if it's helped it not yet though as it's too soon.

I've used the ovusense armband

Thank you. It is definitely on the expensive end of what I was hoping for but it seems very few options for this kind of thing!
