Could this be a false positive or evap line?

I took a cheap pregnancy test 3 days before my period was due and it came up with a faint second line. I then went out and bought an early detection clear blue test and it came back negative. The test states it can detect pregnancy up to 6 days before a missed period - I took it 3 days before my missed period. I’m confused and wondered if this has happened to anybody else? I assumed clear blue would be more reliable to be honest. I’m due on tomorrow but my heads all over the place. I really hope the clear blue test is wrong because I’m desperate for a baby. We’ve been trying for 10 months now

That looks more like a positive than an evap!
I'm assuming if you took them both the same day the second one wasn't with FMU?
Take another one tomorrow morning and hopefully you'll get another positive!

Thank you, I’ve been cramping on and off for a week which is unusual for me. It’s usually the day before my period or a few hours before I come on. Fingers crossed 🤞🏼

The cheapie looks positive to me. It’s always taken aaaages for my pregnancies to show up on a Clearblue

Clear Blue tests are shite. Test again in a few days with a First Response if you want to see a proper line.
