Hey guys,

So me and the partner have agreed over the past week that we would like to start trying for a baby. Well we have agreed that we are not overly trying but we are also not doing anything to stop me from getting pregnant.

Does anybody have any tips on how best to approach this and what I should be doing to improve my chances???

This is my first time actively TTC and so I have no idea where to start. I already use FLO to track my AFs ect. Other than that I have no idea where to start. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Ello, definitely start taking folic acid if you’re not already. In terms of getting pregnant, the best thing you can do to speed things up is to work out when you ovulate. Plenty of tests available. Test from day 10 and DTD in the days running up to, the day and the day after ovulating.

Good luck!

Use ovulation tests to track your cycle. It really is luck and happens when it happens! I'm never convinced that anything helps really.

@LittleWins thank you so much for that advice. I will pick some up when I next go shopping. I did wonder if I needed to do that or not. The issue I have is that my cycle is never regular and so it is probably worth me buying some ovulation strips. Thank you for the advice.

@Chanel05 thank you so much for the advice. I will look into getting some
