If I want to stop taking the progesterone only pill to try to conceive does it make any difference if I stop mid pack or at the end of the pack? I take a pill every day (no breaks). I assume I will get a withdrawal bleed initially whenever I stop? Thank you

You could stop whenever you like I would think.

Just stop taking it, it can take a whole to leave your body so if you want to start ttc, the sooner you stop the better. Good luck!!!

Thank you! Good luck to everyone TTC. I hated TTC with my son found it so stressful. Hoping I can be a bit more relaxed this time round!

I stopped taking my progesterone only pill 2 weeks ago mid pack and still waiting on a withdrawal bleed, I had one within days when I came off the combined pill when TTC #1 a couple years ago

I stopped when I wanted to, didn't matter where I was in the pack. I purposefully stopped it 3 months before we wanted to start trying and used condoms instead, but don't know if it was necessary. We concieved straight away once we'd stopped using the condoms.

Thanks useful to hear your experiences. I came off the combined one before first child so will be interesting to see what happens this time coming off cerelle
