Hello, I have been a lurker on here since we started our ttc journey March 2020. After a year we had some initial testing- husband's sperm morphology low, everything for me came back fine initially but then in November a small endometrioma (chocolate cyst) was discovered on my ovary (suspected endometriosis for years but not diagnosed and was going to have this investigated further).
This cycle my period was late and apart from some stomach pain, no symptoms. Yesterday I took a clearblue digital OPK which came up with a static smiley, and today a First response pregnancy test which came up with a much stronger test than control line. Also took an internet cheapie HSG test this afternoon which also showed positive.
My question is has anyone had positive pregnancy tests with an endometrioma and turned out not to be pregnant? Don't want to get my hopes up unnecessarily as I read some ovarian cysts can cause false positives...
